Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Don’t Miss Out mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Don’t Miss Out is an AI-powered news aggregation and personalization platform. The App allows users to create customized informational agents based on user preferences and generate personalized news briefings on-demand.

Eligibility and account registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Sign-In with Apple. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions and payments

• Premium features — Access to briefing generation and personalized feeds requires an active subscription (Monthly or Yearly Plan).
• Free trial — We offer a 3-day free trial for the Yearly Plan. You will not be charged during the trial period. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid annual subscription.
• Billing and automatic renewal — Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off in your respective App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — All transactions are handled by Apple or Google. Refunds must be requested directly through the platform where the purchase was made (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective refund policies.

AI content disclaimer

• Nature of content — The App uses advanced artificial intelligence (AI) models to filter, aggregate, and summarize third-party news sources.
• Accuracy limitations — While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated summaries may occasionally contain errors, misinterpretations, or inaccuracies (“hallucinations”). Don’t Miss Out does not guarantee the absolute correctness, completeness, or reliability of any information provided.
• No professional advice — The briefings provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.

User conduct

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App’s infrastructure.

Account and data deletion

You have the right to delete your account and data at any time directly through the account settings inside the App.

Intellectual property

The App’s interface, design, custom logos, and proprietary AI implementation algorithms are the exclusive property of the App’s creator. Third-party news headlines and articles summarized within the App remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Don’t Miss Out and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App, or from any reliance placed on AI-generated summaries.

Fair Use Policy

To ensure optimal performance and prevent system abuse, Don’t Miss Out employs a Fair Use Policy. We reserve the right to temporarily limit the generation of new briefings for accounts that exhibit unusually high activity (for example, automated requests or exceeding standard daily usage). If you reach this limit, a message will appear within the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
