Find quick solutions to common briefing, content, source, and technical issues.
Briefing won’t generate
Check your internet connection, close and reopen the app, then try generating the briefing again. If the issue continues, email support with your device model, app version, and a screenshot of the error.
Briefing contains irrelevant topics
Review your selected interests and coverage scope in Filters, then generate a new briefing. If unrelated content continues to appear, send us an example so the filtering issue can be reviewed.
Important coverage is missing
Check that the relevant topic, market, or region is selected in Filters and generate a fresh briefing. If an important story is still missing, email us with the topic and approximate publication time.
Briefing appears outdated
Generate a fresh briefing and confirm that your device has an active internet connection. If the same outdated information continues to appear, email support with the affected topic and the time the briefing was generated.
Briefing depth doesn’t match your selection
Check the selected briefing depth and generate a new briefing. If the result is consistently too short, too detailed, or structured incorrectly, email support with a screenshot and the depth option you selected.
The app is slow, frozen, or crashes
Update to the latest app version, fully close and reopen the app, and restart your device if needed. If the problem continues, email support with the steps required to reproduce it.

- device model
- operating-system version
- app version
