We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Don’t Miss Out (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application.

To provide a highly personalized, on-demand AI briefing, we collect the following data:

• Account information — Email address, user name, and authentication identifiers provided during email sign-up, Google Sign-In, or Sign-In with Apple.
• User preferences (onboarding data) — Topics of interest, preferred type of updates, information frustrations, current sources, target daily reading time, news scope, geographic focus, and language selection.
• Technical and usage data — Custom AI model settings (analysis-depth parameters), device identifiers, and anonymous crash logs.
• Subscription data — Subscription status, purchase history, and eligibility for introductory offers (processed securely via RevenueCat, Apple, and Google). We do not collect or store your credit card details.

How we use your information

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To authenticate users and secure application accounts via Firebase Authentication.
• To generate, refine, and customize your on-demand AI news briefings based on your onboarding answers.
• To verify subscription entitlements and handle premium access rights using RevenueCat.
• To store your profile choices securely within Cloud Firestore.

Data sharing and third-party services

We do not sell your personal data. To deliver our services, we share data with trusted third-party sub-processors who comply with strict privacy standards:

• Firebase Authentication — Used to authenticate users and secure application accounts.
• Cloud Firestore — Used to store your profile choices and preference structures securely.
• RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play — Used to handle subscription verification and validate purchase receipts.
• Artificial-intelligence providers — Core preference frameworks (excluding your personal identity metadata) are transmitted to secure AI model endpoints to run on-demand summary generation.

Data retention and deletion

We store your information for as long as your account remains active. You maintain complete control over your information. You can request the complete removal of your profile and historical records at any time by using the “Delete Account” button within the App, or by emailing us at:

We employ industry-standard cloud engineering protocols to ensure your data stays protected against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiers from children.
